Abstract
This event will be an unconference at ER&L where the audience will be asked to participate in a conversation about cross-pollination within library environments and how new influences can help develop new conversations. The session will also touch on putting yourself in new contexts to learn new approaches to work situations. We’ve developed a simple slide presentation to walk through the discussion topics and one goal of our session is to develop ten bullet points each attendee can walk away with for helping to create serendipity in their working environments.
