As the Assessment & Staff Development Librarian, I coordinate Georgia State
University Library's assessment activities, including surveys, focus groups,
interviews, and usability testing. Additionally, I oversee the library's employee
training and development program. 

I earned bachelor of arts and master of library and information science degrees from the
University of South Carolina.
