Abstract

As usual, this year's trademark decisions covered a wide range of issues, including the registrability of so-called compound marks, pseudonyms, and plant varieties, the effect of house marks in a likelihood of confusion analysis, and application of the Lanham Act's “use in commerce” requirement.
