Jeff Kline obtained his Ph.D. in economics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in the United States in 1994. Prior to joining Bond University he was in the Economics Faculty at the Australian National University. He has spent time as a visiting scholar at the University of Washington in the United States and the University of Tsukuba in Japan.
