Dr. Jeanne Bailey is the founder of Convergence Consulting Partners. She brings with her 25 years of experience leading a nonprofit CEO, teaching scientists and engineers to be leaders, and serving as a “thinking partner” for health center re-strategy and change. Dr. Bailey has been teaching in the School of Business at St. Kate's for 13 years, and in 2021 received the “Teacher of the Year” award given at St. Catherine University. She teaches Foundations of Leadership and Ethics and Advanced Principles and Practices of Leadership in MAOL. She enjoys helping students develop the ability to translate theory into practice, as well as discover and apply their strengths and insights to make a difference in the world. She loves the unique qualities and diversity of students, their varying skills and understandings, and the depth with which they integrate what they learn to their practice of leadership. Dr. Bailey has published in the Social Enterprise Journal.
