John has extensive industry experience in business to business marketing where he gained considerable practical experience in areas such as marketing and sales management, marketing research, competitive intelligence, strategic planning and contract negotiation. He is also a Director of a small non-profit organisation operating in the environment and education fields. He has lectured at several Universities since 2002 and his teaching skills have been recognised by being nominated for a 2005 UOW award for Outstanding Contribution to Teaching and Learning
