Abstract

Colleges and universities are generating increasing amounts of information both from research and scholarship as well as institutional histories and practices. What's the best way to handle this increasing volume of material while making all of it accessible to the college community? How should copyright be handled for documents owned by other entities? How should you handle creative works from artists or musicians? Join Janelle Wertzberger, Director of Reference and Instruction at Gettysburg College's Musselman Library and Stephanie Davis-Kahl, Public Services Librarian at the Ames Library at Illinois Wesleyan to hear about two projects that aim to gather much of the material generated on their campuses.
