About Jane Grassley

Dr. Jane Grassley came to Boise State University in 2010 from Texas Woman’s University, in Denton, TX, where she was affiliate faculty in Women’s Studies as well as an Assistant Professor of Nursing. Dr. Grassley received her Ph.D. in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University, a master’s degree in Maternal-Child Nursing from the University of Washington, and B.S. in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma. Her dissertation was titled, “Understanding Maternal Breastfeeding Confidence: A Gadamerian Hermeneutic Analysis of Women’s Stories".
