Import and Export of Legal Models: The Dutch Experience

Abstract

This contribution offers an overview of Dutch efforts in law reform in Central and Eastern Europe. Apart from the overview that is provided, these efforts are critically assessed. It thus tries to provide empirical material to evaluate theories on legal transplants.
