Abstract
The John Allen Muhammad execution illustrates that alleged criminal involvement can be artificially fabricated with no actual involvement, pardons are not adequately processed, fingerprint evidence is unreliable, death penalty may involve destruction of evidence in a criminal investigation, and there are tremendous problems with treatment of illness in our courts.
