The Global Warming Crisis: An Analytical Framework to Regional Responses

Abstract

This article begins the task of developing a conceptual framework to use in evaluating the effectiveness of regional responses to global warming and global climate change. The article concludes with a case study of global warming related legislation in the state of Oregon, focussing primarily on the 2007 legislative session.
