Dr. James Kroes came to Boise State University in 2011 as faculty in the Department of Information Technology and Supply Chain Management. His Ph.D. in Operations Management and M.S. in the Management of Technology are from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, and he holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. In addition to supply chain management, Dr. Kroes' research and teaching interests include sustainable operations, supplier relationship, service operations management, and manufacturing and service outsourcing.
