About Israel Doron Dr.

Hi, my name is Israel (issi) Doron.
I am a law professor, and I specialize in the fields of law and ageing, social policy, jurisprudential gerontology, seniors' rights and elder law.
My scientific research to date has focused mainly on Law, Social Policy and Ageing. These constitute a novel and still developing field of academic expertise that, in light of the revolution in ageing and the struggle to shape new policies that address the social issues arising from it, has become a very dynamic and promising field of research.
Finally, I am also the chair of the Israeli NGO: The Law in the Service of the Elderly [www.elderlaw.org.il]
