My research is divided between Law and Political Science (specifically International
Relations). I am interested in the field of political and conflict transformation in
South Asia (primarily in relation to Pakistan and Afghanistan) and the Greater Middle
East. I examine issues relating to post conflict reconstruction (security issues, rule of
law and women/gender studies) and transitional justice (restorative and retributive
justice).
