Masters of Industrial Engineering - Hochschule der Kuenste, West-Berlin 

Ingrid Bonn is a specialist in strategic management. She has a Masters of Industrial
Engineering from Hochschule der Kuenste, West-Berlin and a PhD in Strategic Management
from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne. 

Ingrid has taught courses in strategic management, strategic decision-making,and global
business strategies in universities in Australia and Germany for the past 18 years. Her
teaching has included courses at the undergraduate and at the MBA level. She has been
awarded a number of teaching awards for her MBA teaching. 

Ingrid has conducted research in the areas of strategic planning/strategic management of
large manufacturers in Australia, effects of board structure on firm performance in
Australia and Japan, corporate governance and corporate social responsibility, strategic
thinking, and strategic decision-making following shock events in the tourism industry.
She has published articles in journals such as Long Range Planning, Journal of
Organizational Change Management, Management Decision, Asian Business & Management,
Corporate Governance: An International Review, Leadership & Organization Development,
and Tourism Management.
