Professor McGillion joined the faculty full-time in Fall 2007, after teaching Legal Writing as an adjunct. Previously, she was a litigation associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in New York City. After law school, she clerked for Judge James L. Oakes in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and for Judge Louis L. Stanton in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
