Himanshu Sekhar Rout is at PG Department of Economics, DR. SRK Government Arts College (Pondicherry University), Yanam – 533464 INDIA; actively involved in teaching (Mathematical Methods; and Computer in UG and Research Methodology and Micro Economics in PG level) and research (Social Sector, Gender and IPRs-GIs). He has awarded his M.Phil and Ph.D in Applied Economics from Utkal University Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India. Earlier he worked at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) Mussoorree, India, and Kendriya Vidyalay Sangathan (an autonomous body under MHRD, Government of India). He is married to Manini Biswal and both are blessed with a son (SUBHRANSHU).
