I got my PhD in Nursing from University of Utah in 2004 and earned my EdD in aducational administration from University of South Dakota in 2005. My major focuses on leadership and job satisfaction. Recently, I have interest in the areas including student satisfaction with nurisng program, curriculum development and program evaluation plan.
