Abstract
With the promotion of evidence-based practice, nurses individually and collectively are asking critical questions of clinical practice and have steadily moved away from a “that’s the way we’ve always done it” mentality. This presentation focuses on the importance of adopting a consistent evidence-based approach to nursing practice and the related challenges and benefits.Suggested Citation
