Héctor Fix Fierro is a prominent Mexican constitutional scholar. He received his law degree with honours from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, where he directs the Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas and edits the Cuadernos para la Reforma de Justicia. He received a master's degree at the Instituto Internacional de Sociología Jurídica at Onati, Spain, and a doctor of laws degree from the Universität Bremen. He serves on the Instituto de la Judicatura Federal. A small sample of his publications is listed below.
