Heather Zuber received a B.S. in psychology and a B.A. in French from the University
of Iowa. She studied for one semester at the University of Grenoble in Grenoble, France.
She received a J.D. from California Western School of Law in San Diego. One semester of
her legal studies were conducted at King's College in London, England. 

Professor Zuber was a civil litigator for seven years prior to becoming a full-time
professor. She taught at American Continental University and Platt College before
teaching for Western State University College of Law in Orange County, California. She
has presented at numerous regional legal writing and academic success conferences and
workshops. Currently, Professor Zuber is the Director of the Lawyering Skills and
Academic Success departments, which assist students with learning and honing legal
writing and research skills and with achieving and maintaining academic success.
