Dr. Hany A. Abdelsalam was an assistant professor at the electrical power and machines dept, Tanta University, Egypt from July 2011 to August 2012. He currently is an assistant professor with electrical engineering dept, Kafrelsheikh University, Egypt. His trend in teaching and advising is to give the chance for the students to innovate with strong background and basics. He is involved in a committee for organizing the graduate courses (MSc and PhD) in the department of Electrical Engineering, Kafrelsheikh University, Egypt. He is involved in the quality assurance for accreditation committee in the Faculty of Engineering, Kafrelsheikh University, Egypt. He was involved in the postgraduate studies and research committee (scientific and cultural activities) in the Faculty of Engineering, Tanta University, Egypt.
