Hamidreza Radmanesh was born in Tehran, Iran, on December 19, 1980. He received his B.Sc. in Communication Engineering and his M.Sc. in Power System Engineering, from Shahed University, Tehran, in 2004 and 2008, respectively. His studies on Channel Interference and some experiences on real mobile network of Tehran led to frequency replan and utilizing EGSM Band in Mobile Communication Company of Iran (MCCI). His current interests include Artificial Neural Networks and Optimal Control applications in Power Systems.
