Dr. Gundars (Gundy) Kaupins is Department Chair and Professor of Management at Boise State University, where he has taught since 1986. He has a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the University of Iowa and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). His research interests include job evaluation, training and development, Baltic studies, and human resource ethics, and he has published and presented his findings to a wide national and international audience. With his students, Dr. Kaupins also has completed human resource consulting for over 400 organizations.
