Professor Gerry Turcotte is Dean, School of Arts & Sciences, University of Notre
Dame, Sydney, Australia. He was formerly Head of the School of English Literatures,
Philosophy and Languages in the Faculty of Arts until the end of 2006. Gerry is Past
President of the Association for Canadian Studies in Australia and New Zealand (ACSANZ),
Past Secretary of the International Council for Canadian Studies (ICCS) and Founding
Director of the Centre for Canadian-Australian Studies (CCAS). He moved to Notre Dame in
2007.
