Professor Eddington served as law clerk to Chief Judge Ralph Thompson of the United
States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma and practiced law with the
Albuquerque, N.M., firm of Laflin, Lieuwen, Tucker & Pick and the Norman, Okla., firm
of Eddington & Pryor before joining the OCU LAW faculty. 

Professor Eddington received his B.B.A. and J.D. (Order of the Coif) from the University
of Oklahoma where he was a Member of the Oklahoma Law Review. He received his LL.M. from
New York University where he served as Graduate Editor of the Tax Law Review. He teaches
Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy.
