Dr. McEvoy teaches organization behavior and human resource management, and conducts research in the areas of management pedagogy, international management, training, and issues related to the aging workforce. The former Associate Dean for Graduate Programs and Department Head in Management and Human Resources, he is currently Professor of Human Resource Management and President of USU’s Faculty Senate. Originally from Montana, Glenn holds degrees from U.C. Berkeley and the Univeristy of Colorado. His work has appeared in major academic journals such as Academy of Management Journal as well as highly regarded practitioner journals such as Human Resource Management. Glenn also consults on management development, strategic planning, and team-building. Clients have included General Electric and General Motors, as well as numerous Utah-based companies.
