Abstract

This publication contains a selection of edited papers from two of the annual Public Law Weekends held by the Centre for International and Public Law at the Australian National University. In 2000, under the theme title "Administrative Law Intersections", the conference examined the intersection between administrative law and other areas of Australian law. The theme was repeated in 2001, under the title "Constitutional Law Intersections". Some of the papers from both conferences have been collected together in this publication.
