I am the John V. Ray Research Professor at the Univeristy of Virginia School of Law.
I have also visited multiple times at the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India. 

My research focuses on problems related to business law, contract theory, mergers and
acquisitions, and other issues involving the intersection of law and business.
