Professor George Earl has had approximately ten years experience as a construction
economist, specialising in construction economics value management,development
feasibility studies and tax depreciation. He also has extensive experience as a property
development manager and economist developing project and asset managing commercial office
developments, retail centres, tourist resorts and medium to high-density housing. 

During Dr Earl’s fourteen years as a university academic he has predominately taught at
postgraduate level in the areas of project management and property economics with a
strong emphasis on project management, strategic asset management and the development
processes and investment. Research (including his PhD) and research degree supervision
has been in the area of strategic asset management, housing and finance.
