About Frederick Rothman
Professor Rothman received his A.B. and J.D. from Cornell University. Following law school, he served as a judge advocate in the United States Air Force and later worked as an associate at Venable, Baetjer & Howard in Baltimore, Maryland. Before joining the faculty in 1971, he was a Visiting Associate Professor of Law at the University of Utah College of Law.
Professor Rothman’s research and teaching interests focus on corporate finance, decedents’ estates and trusts, legal ethics, and taxation.
