A native of the Dominican Republic, Fanny Solano Agramonte's own research
interests are in the area of antitrust law, intellectual property and law and economics.
She earned her law degree magna cum laude from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre
y Maestra, where he teaches law and economics. She obtained a master's in law,
economics and public policy at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She is currently
working toward a doctorate in law and economics at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid,
and clerking at Indecopi, Peru's competition authority.
