I joined the University of Milan - Bicocca in May 2007. I obtained my doctorate in
Economics (major Finance) from the University of Lugano, Switzerland, in 2004. My
previous degree is from Universita' Cattolica (bachelor degree). 

My research area is empirical corporate finance, in particular M&A, corporate
governance, and shareholder activism.
