Erin Davis is a Reference and Instruction Librarian at Utah State University’s Merrill-Cazier Library. She serves on the ACRL Instruction Section’s Professional Development Committee and the Utah Academic Library Consortium Professional Development Committee. Her research and scholarly activity advances the field of librarianship through a focus on professional development for librarians, particularly in library instruction and leadership. She recently presented at the 2009 IFLA World Library and Information Congress Satellite Meeting in Bologna, Italy.
