My research centers on the ideas of oppression and business. Trade leads to prosperity and encourages peace. At the same time, business is also a vector for the abuse of human rights because business has an incentive to externalize operational costs. I examine human rights and business law from a complex and nuanced theoretical position. Mes recherches sont axées autour de la relation entre l'opprime et le commerce. Le commerce encourage la prosperité et ainsi le paix. En même temps, le commerce est aussi un vecteur des abus des droits de l'homme lorsque les entreprises cherchent à externaliser leurs côuts d'operation. Ainsi je regarde les droits commerciaux d'une perspective théorique approfondie pour mieux comprendre les possibilités et les limites de l'échange marchand.
