Eric Weiss, MD, is a board-certified cardiac surgeon who specializes in aortic surgery, the surgical treatment of heart failure and general adult cardiac surgery. His clinical interests and advanced fellowship training involve the treatment of complex diseases of the thoracic aorta. Dr. Weiss has further completed advanced fellowship training in heart transplantation and mechanical circulatory support and is an expert in the implantation of a variety of short- and long-term assist devices to support the failing heart.
