Professor Rolls was an appellate attorney at the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System
and the Oklahoma County Public Defender’s Office. She represented persons convicted of
felonies, including capital murder, on direct appeal. This work included briefing and
arguing before the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, the court of last resort for
criminal cases in Oklahoma. 

Professor Rolls received her B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Oklahoma. She
teaches Legal Research and Writing.
