My studies focus on modeling infectious diseases: Bayesian mixture models for
antibodies to childhood infections in order to estimate the prevalence and the force of
infection by age; multivariate models for binary data applied to HCV and HIV infections
in injecting drug users (IDU); use of social contact data for the analysis of varicella
at European level.
