About Ellen Cyran

Ellen Cyran holds a master's degree in Mathematics and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. She has experience with several programming languages, operating systems, and software packages including ArcGIS and SAS.
Ms. Cyran provided technical support, database management, and programming within Levin College. She has experience in creating population projections and economic trends, database programming and design, Geographic Information System (GIS), and system administration. She also has expertise with several Census, Economic, Election and Housing related data sets.
