Associate Professor of Law Elizabeth H. McCullough teaches Secured Transactions and is the Director of the Externship Program at the Charleston School of Law. A former law clerk to the Honorable Robert F. Chapman, retired U.S. Circuit Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, McCullough served as a private practitioner before joining the Charleston School of Law's faculty. Her legal practice focused on Commercial Law with a concentration in Bankruptcy Law. Professor McCullough graduated Order of the Coif from the University of South Carolina. She received a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a M.S. from the University of South Carolina.
