A native of Argentina, Eduardo Baistrocchi specializes in tax law and policy. He received a law degree cum laude from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, where he edited Lecciones y Ensayos. Immediately after graduation, he clerked for Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Argentina Enrique Santiago Petracchi. A Fulbright scholar at the University of Michigan law school, he went on to earn a master's degree in law from Harvard University, and a second master's degree in law from the London School of Economics, where he was also a Chevening Scholar. He teaches tax law at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, where he directs the law and economics program. He also has served as a visiting professor at the University of Michigan, Northwestern University and the University of Toronto.
