I am a doctoral candidate at the University of South Florida, where i am studying
Adult Education with a cognate in Special Education. I have worked at the University of
South Florida and the Center for Instructional Technology since 2006. During my time at
USF, I have worked on the iTunes U initiative creating and editing videos for
itunes.usf.edu. I have taught technology integration through the IREX grant project at
USF, which hosted 24 teachers from 12 countries.

Currently at USF, I work in the iteach Lounge developing and delivering technology
integration workshops to preservice teachers. Students can learn many different skills in
the lounge including: podcasting, web development, video shooting and editing, web 2.0
tools, office productivity tools and much more. We focus on staying up to date with new
technology tools that are developing and are useful in the classroom to enhance
instruction.
