Dr. Don Morrow is a Full Professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences, School of
Kinesiology, Western University Canada. He teaches a broad spectrum of courses related
to: Exercise, Health, Sport, and the Body in Western Culture; Sport Literature;
Integrative (Alternative/Complementary) Health; Sport History; Health Promotion; and he
is keenly interested in teaching methods. His research focuses on Motivational
Interviewing and life coaching for health-related behaviour change; narrative writing and
narrative critical inquiry; fiction and non-fiction related to sport and exercise; and
Canadian sport history. He is a certified professional life coach with the International
Coaching Federation and an elected International Fellow of the American Academy of
Kinesiology and Physical Education.
