A native of Bolivia, Diego Fernando Rojas's own research interests are in the
areas of natural resources law and law and economics. He earned a law degree from the
Universidad Católica Boliviana "San Pablo" and a master's degree in law
from the University of Chicago. He teaches oil and gas law and mining law at the
Universidad Privada Domingo Savio in Bolivia, and lectures at the Universidad Privada de
Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
