Prior to joining the faculty, Professor Tussey was a visiting professor of law at
the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. She previously served as
Editor-in-Chief for primary law publications with the Michie Company (now Lexis
Publishing). 

Professor Tussey received her B.A. from the College of William and Mary, her J.D. from
the University of Virginia, and her LL.M. from Harvard University. She teaches Computer
Law, Copyright, Intellectual Property, Property, International Intellectual Property, and
Art & Cultural Heritage Law.
