My major research interest is in the analysis of data from ``-omics'' platforms. In considering such data, there are several levels of analysis that are typically needed. I am very interested in thinking about how to combine and integrate information generated across multiple platforms. Such application drives my methodological interests, which fall generally into the areas of mutliple testing and data mining. This also leads to development and consideration of statistical properties of such algorithms. One of the goals of generating such data, especially in human disease settings, is to potentially lead to better medical decision making procedures. I am also interested in the development of statistical methodology to address this problem.
