Deana Groves is the Department Head of the Technical Services Department at WKU
Libraries. She joined the faculty of University Libraries in 2003. Deana holds a Master
of Library and Information Science (MLISc) degree from the University of Hawaii and a
Master of Library Science (MS) degree from Western Kentucky University.
