David T. Hardy is an attorney in private practice in Tucson, Arizona. From 1982 to 1992 he was a career attorney in the Office of the Solicitor, U.S. Department of the Interior, Washington D.C.. He is the author of four books, one a N.Y. Times bestseller, and thirteen law review articles.
