My areas of research include organizational criminal liability, corporate law, contracts, criminal law, disability rights, agency law, partnership law and secured transactions law. I am an Associate Professor, Faculty of Law, University of Manitoba, and an Associate of the Marcel A. Desautels Centre for Private Enterprise and the Law, Faculty of Law, University of Manitoba, and also an Associate of the Centre for Applied and Professional Ethics, University of Manitoba.
