Peterson has been a professional adviser and student teaching coordinator in USU’s
Emma Eccles Jones College of Education and Human Services since 1995. She has
participated in the development and refinement of the personnel program for teachers of
students with mild/moderate disabilities. She also served on the Mild/Moderate Program
Committee, the Academic Services Coordinating Committee and the Council on Teacher
Education.
